HOW TO CO-ORDINATE A FUNDRAISER

To run a Say Cheez Family Portrait fundraiser there a a few simple minimum requirements that we will need from you.

  1. SPACE: On the day of the shoot our photographers will be bringing professional camera equipment to set up for the day. We will require a room at least 5mx7m (15 ft x 20ft) in size ie a hall or a classroom.
  2. FAMILIES: The More the better 😊. For a successful fundraiser you will want to sign up as many families as possible and let them know about the fantastic value of our packages. We currently require a minimum of 15 families in order to hold a family portrait fundraiser. Families can be part of your organization or they can come from your community or from family and friends. Many coordinator’s have generated successful fundraisers by inviting families from outside their organisation to participate.
  3. A GOOD COORDINATOR: We will give you lots of ideas and suggestions for generating interest in your Family Portrait fundraiser. When you book your organization you will get a hard copy of everything that you need for a successful fundraiser.
