What to Do on the big day

Be Prepared

Here are a few suggestions to make sure your day runs smoothly and will get excellent portraits to cherish for a lifetime:

  1. Get plenty of rest.
Make sure you are well rested.

  2. Be well-groomed.

  3. Choose clothing carefully.
    Denims and whites work well.

  4. Arrive 10 minutes early.
Most sittings take approximately ten minutes, and we prefer to keep things on time. When you’re punctual, you’re also good to other families!

  5. Be mindful of pets
Your pet (or anything else that’s special) is welcome to join you. Just remember to be considerate to others!

  6. Make it your own!
The best photos capture something we love. Other family members are welcome. Or consider your hobbies, formal uniforms, or whatever else is special to you!

Come along and have fun! We’ll take care of the rest! And then we’ll see you again on the portrait viewing day.
